Group Bookings

Take part in our Group Bookings Programme by organising a group of 10 or more and you can sell Brit Salsafest passes at a £5 discount and earn yourself commissions at the same time!  You can also earn free Britfest passes, tables at parties and free advertising!!

Commissions/discounts are payable for groups of 10 or more.

Example

You can sell passes to your group for a discount of £5 each off the current advertised ticket price!! So, if the current price is £99, you can sell them for £94.

Plus

You earn a commission on every ticket you sell:

For a group of just 10 people, you can earn 10 x £5 = £50

For a group of 25 people, you can earn:

The first 10 people at £5 commission each – 10 x £5 = £50

The next 10 people at £7.50 commission each – 10 x £7.50 = £75

The remaining 5 people at £10 commission each – 5 x £10 = £50

Total Commission = £175!

If you have 10 in your group, you will get 1 extra pass completely FREE!

If you have 20 in your group, you will get 2 extra passes completely FREE and 1 reserved table at parties!

If you have 40 in your group, you will get 4 extra passes completely FREE and 2 reserved tables at parties!

Terms and Conditions

• • Commissions to Group Organisers are payable on bookings made from 22 September 2006.  Discounts to Group Members are effective on bookings made from 1 October 2006. 
    
    
  • You must begin with a minimum of 10 bookings to earn your commissions and qualify for discounted tickets. Once you have booked your first 10 places, you can continue to book as many places as required.
    
    
  • You cannot sell Brit Salsafest passes for less than £5 off the current advertised price. Discounted prices are as follows:
  * 22 Sept – 30 Sept – £89 (no discount)
  * 1 Oct – 31 Oct 2006 - £94* 1 Nov – 30 Nov 2006 - £104
  * 1 Dec – 31 Dec 2006 - £114* 1 Jan – 2 Feb 2007 - TBC 
  • You must register your interest in the Group Bookings Programme with Brit Salsafest (tel: +44 (0) 208 776 9000). 
    
    
  • Brit Salsafest will only deal with 1 contact person (the Group Organiser). 
    
    
  • The Group Organiser is responsible for:

  * collecting all payments
  * reserving places with Brit Salsafest
  * paying Brit Salsafest
  * keeping a list of full names, addresses, email and telephone numbers of all people in the group. 
  

  • Your group members will be subject to the normal price increases if you have not made their reservations. 
    
    
  • You can collect deposits of £15 from group members. Deposits must be paid to Brit Salsafest to secure places at the current advertised price. Again, you must begin with a minimum of 10 deposits to start earning commissions. Balances must be collected by the Group Organiser and are due by 8 January 2007.  Passes that have not been fully paid for by 8 January will automatically be cancelled, reclaimed and resold (deposits are non-refundable). Commissions are not paid until balances are paid in full.

Flyers can be supplied by Brit Salsafest on request. Web banners are also available for your websites linked to the Brit Salsafest site.

Accommodation

Individuals are responsible for organising their own accommodation. See www.britsalsafest.com for hotel details.
