The Sale of Brit Salsafest 2007 Passes
Terms and Conditions
Brit Salsafest passes are issued subject to the following conditions. By purchasing a Brit Salsafest pass(es), you expressly agree to be bound by these conditions. The conditions may change at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this website (www.britsalsafest.com). If you violate these conditions, Brit Salsafest may cancel your pass and/or refuse entry to future events.
- Entrance to the Brit Salsafest 2007 is only permitted with a valid ‘Full Pass’ or ‘Evening Pass’.
- The ‘Full Pass’ admits the holder to all workshops, evening parties and shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 February 2007.
- The ‘Evening Pass’ admits the holder to evening parties and shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 2-4 February 2007. All workshops and other daytime activities are excluded.
- ‘Masterclasses’ are optional extras to the workshop programme and are not included in the Full Pass or Evening Pass price.
- Accommodation is not included in the Full Pass or Evening Pass price and pass holders are expected to make their own arrangements (see www.britsalsafest.com for assistance and preferential hotel rates).
- Passes are sold subject to Brit Salsafest’s right to alter or vary the programme and/or line-up due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies.
- Brit Salsafest reserves the right to increase the Full Pass and Evening Pass prices after 31 December 2006.
- Brit Salsafest reserves the right to increase the Full Pass and Evening Pass prices on-the-door.
- A deposit of £15 secures a Brit Salsafest Full Pass at the published price on the day the deposit is paid. (‘Published price’ refers to the price displayed on www.britsalsafest.com.)
- All passes are refundable up until 31 December 2006 but are subject to a £15 cancellation fee. Brit Salsafest cannot refund passes after 31 December 2006. Deposits (see 9 above) are non-refundable.
- If a pass(es) is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than Brit Salsafest, it(they) will become void and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
- Brit Salsafest reserves the right to refuse entry to the event, including those holding valid passes, at any time.
- The unauthorised use of photographic equipment is strictly prohibited during shows.
- Pass holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves by Brit Salsafest during workshops and parties, and as members of the audience during shows.
- Brit Salsafest accepts no responsibility for any personal property.
